ABSTRACT: The human skin encompasses a characteristic capacity to advance the self-regeneration after harm; this can be compromised beneath particular conditions, like extensive loss, constant wounds, deep burns, non-healing ulcers and diabetes. Improper healing lead wound enter in state, which increments chance of disease chronic state; it affects patient health his/her quality life. Due growing concerns about unhealthy consequences chemicals care system, interest towards natural herbal substances has been every day. plant Cassia auriculata is widely used medicinal India also popular Indigenous system medicines Ayurveda siddha. collagen was successfully extracted from Cattla fish scales using acid solubilizing extraction method infused with extract auriculata. characterisation such as protein estimation (Lowry method), solubility (pH 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 13), UV visible FTIR performed for phytochemical analysis (Alkaloids, Flavonoids, Saponins, Tannins, Phenol, Terpenoids, Glycosides Steroids) anti-bacterial (E. coli S. aureus) anti-inflammatory test different concentration (25mg, 50mg, 100mg / ml) extracts extracts. result present study confirmed that final product prepared prepare dressing material gels, ointments, bio-films, powdered flakes etc.
